He is also co-founder at the Nxt Gen Institute and on the advisory board at multiple universities.
Aubree Colorito, PT, DPT, MBA
Client Executive, Enterprise Accounts
As a Client Executive, Aubree serves Medbridge’s largest clients to help them achieve their strategic goals and derive maximum value. Prior to Medbridge, Aubree led a team of clinical educators in home health and hospice as the Manager of Innovation & Onboarding. This role had dual responsibility for developing specialty programs to standardized best practices in clinical care as well as managing education throughout the employee lifecycle. Aubree is passionate about using her experience as a clinician to drive better outcomes for patients, while ensuring the process is optimal for clinicians delivering care. Her previous clinical experience includes home health, hospice, inpatient rehab, SNF, transitional care units, ICU, and acute care. Aubree also served as an instructor for the Medbridge course Telehealth: An Introduction to Virtual Care for Home Care Clinicians.
Justine Chen, MOT, MBA
Senior Program Manager, Therapy
Justine leads planning and development of therapy continuing education programs, collaborating with subject matter experts and clients to create effective and accessible education. With a Master of Occupational Therapy degree and previous certification as a Brain Injury Specialist, Justine specialized in neurology in a variety of settings, including acute care/ICU, inpatient rehab, and outpatient, providing care to a range of patient populations from neonatal to adults. Justine incorporates her clinical and business experience to enhance the intersection of education, technology, and healthcare.
Kandis Daroski, PT, DPT
Senior Clinical Program Manager
Kandis Daroski is the Senior Clinical Program Manager at Medbridge, where she leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs within MedBridge’s Care product suite.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from West Virginia University, Kandis brings extensive clinical expertise, particularly in treating pelvic floor dysfunction. She has been instrumental in designing digital health solutions to address musculoskeletal and pelvic health needs. Kandis is deeply committed to patient-centered care, delivering evidence-based education and personalized treatment plans that empower patients in their healthcare journey.
Erika del Pozo, MOT, OTR
Senior Clinical Content Program Manager
As Senior Clinical Content Program Manager, Erika del Pozo has managed and produced exercise and education programs for patients at Medbridge since 2021. Erika leads projects from concept to launch, including creating strategic content roadmaps, researching and developing digital patient programs, driving various projects through production, and garnering client insights. An occupational therapist by trade, Erika takes pride in working with subject matter experts to develop patient-first and evidence-driven programs. Erika is also a Medbridge instructor, with multiple courses on clinician burnout.
Zoe Faselt, PT, DPT
Content Writer and Training Developer
Zoe Faselt focuses on creating high-quality, accessible compliance content for Medbridge's Education platform. She ensures that providers have access to evidence-based, up-to-date compliance information that is easily digestible and trustworthy. She graduated with a dual Bachelor’s degree in English and Human Physiology from the University of Oregon and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. She has over 10 years of combined clinical and research experience, having served as a a physical therapist in multiple settings, a research assistant in a motion capture lab, and an instructor in a human cadaver lab. From wearing many hats as a clinician, researcher, and writer, she brings a unique perspective to education that combines a deep understanding of healthcare and human sciences, an empathy for both patients and providers, and a passion for elevating digital education across a broad range of learning styles.
Brianna Fullenkamp, PT, DPT
Senior Process Improvement Consultant
Brianna Fullenkamp graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. She started out treating patients in the SNF setting, which taught her how to treat a multitude of conditions. After receiving her Certificate of Competency in Vestibular Rehab, she became a vestibular physical therapist within an ear, nose, and throat clinic. From there, Brianna transitioned to the home health setting, which offered many opportunities for her to work as a case manager on performance improvement projects. Brianna found her passion for performance improvement and transitioned to leading various hospital projects.
Brianna is now a Senior Process Improvement Consultant at Medbridge, where her passion for continuous improvement helps health systems across the country meet and exceed patients’ healthcare needs. She is excited about Medbridge’s new technologies, which are helping shape the future of healthcare and ensuring quality and effective patient care.
Jon Ide-Don, PT, DPT
Head of Clinical Programs
Jon Ide-Don is a digital health leader and expert in building digital health products that deliver care at scale. As Director of Clinical Programs, Jon leads the clinical content team in defining and developing best-in-class digital care pathways that are clinically rigorous and patient-first.
Jon has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, is Fellowship-trained in manual therapy, and has deep clinical experience treating patients with orthopedic and sports injuries. He has practiced in the top health systems and private practices in the Bay Area, and ran his own concierge practice specializing in helping endurance athletes and CrossFit athletes.
Adrienne Nova, PT, DPT

Adrienne currently leads and manages the Content Development Team, overseeing continuing education pre-production as well as Medbridge's library of compliance courses. She has a long history with Medbridge, serving as a clinical consultant and Aide Skills instructor since 2012, prior to coming on board full time in 2022. Adrienne received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2012, and her professional background includes clinical work in the skilled nursing facility setting as well as educational leadership as the Clinical Director for Pima Medical Institute's Physical Therapist Assistant Program in Seattle, WA.
Pam Nutt, MOT, OTR/L
Senior Accreditation and Content Specialist
As Senior Accreditation and Content Specialist, Pam leads the accreditation of professional development courses for occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, nursing, and case management. She ensures that courses meet the requirements and standards of the accrediting bodies through teamwork with Content Production Team members, serves as a liaison between Medbridge and accrediting bodies to ensure relationships and providerships are maintained, and has spear-headed new strategies and processes for course catalog maintenance. Pam has also assisted in identifying instructors for occupational therapy courses where an educational gap previously existed in the Medbridge Course Catalog.
Prior to working at Medbridge, Pam was employed as an occupational therapist for 9 years, working in the acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation settings. With over 17 years of experience in healthcare, academic instruction, and clinical education, she brings a strategic mindset and a goal-oriented, problem-solving approach to Medbridge. Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science, a Certificate in Psychosocial Issues in Rehabilitation, and a Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) from the University of Pittsburgh.
Garth Savidge, PT, DPT, OCS, FAB
Director of Commercial Operations
Garth Savidge is an accomplished and energetic leader, with over 20 years of clinical and operational leadership experience in Rehabilitation and MSK/Spine/Orthopedics in the Mass General Brigham health care system. He is passionate about innovating and transforming care delivery to enhance value, access, quality, and engagement.
Garth currently maintains clinical practice, is board-certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and holds a DPT from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a BS from Vanderbilt University. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and three children and enjoys hiking with family and friends.
Adam Whitman, DPT
Product Manager, Patient Engagement
Adam Whitman is both a former physical therapist's assistant and Doctor of Physical Therapy. His clinical career has covered all major physical therapy practice settings, but most of his time has been spent in the outpatient orthopedics sector, where he specialized in functional movement and neuromotor control, which allowed him to focus on patients who struggled with chronic pain conditions. Adam also provided concierge physical therapy services to athletes in the National Football League.
Adam left clinical practice in 2021, joining Medbridge as an Associate Product Manager with Medbridge’s Patient Engagement Team. He brings the knowledge he gained from treating over 15,000 individual patients to help guide the Patient Engagement Team in terms of both conditions patients face as well as the understanding of how different personalities can impact treatment. Adam is proud to help make products that reduce the ever increasing challenges providers face every day and foster patients achieving their rehab goals.
Naimish Baxi, MD
Physiatrist, Hospital for Special Surgery
Dr. Naimish Baxi focuses his expertise in the subspecialty of sports medicine, spine care, pain management, and musculoskeletal medicine. Dr. Baxi received his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School (formerly an institute of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and now a unit of Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences). He completed an internship at the Jersey Medical Center (under the Barnabas health system), and residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Following his residency, Dr. Baxi completed an Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine fellowship at Orthopedic and Spine Specialists (OSS) Health in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Baxi has been published many times in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. In his spare time, Dr. Baxi remains dedicated to wellness and staying physically active, and he has a passion for exercise and nutrition. He has run several half marathons, including the New York City Marathon.

Benjamin M. Keizer, PhD, ABPP
Clinical Health Psychologist, US Army
Benjamin M. Keizer, PhD, ABPP, is a board-certified Clinical Health Psychologist with post-doctoral training in clinical health psychology specializing in chronic pain at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. He serves as Supervisory Psychologist and Head of Health and Human Performance Psychology at the Center for the Intrepid, Brooke Army Medical Center, in San Antonio, Texas, where he provides care for military service members who have sustained serious injuries. He also serves as both a provider and Program Director for the Functional Restoration Program for chronic pain and as a provider and Program Manager for the Special Operations Performance and Recovery program.
Dr. Keizer has been awarded an Army Systems of Health Innovation Grant as a result of excellence in creating novel interdisciplinary programs in a military setting, and his leadership resulted in a 2018 and 2022 Best of the Best Specialty Care Clinic award from the Military and Army Health Systems.
Ganga Nadella, MD, MBA

Dr. Ganga Nadella is a primary care physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. In her position as Medical Director at One Medical, she helped grow the company from a startup to a cornerstone of Amazon’s health care business. Her expertise is in aging, lifestyle, and preventative medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego; completed her internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente, Oakland; and holds an executive MBA from Stanford University.

Ben Nwachukwu, MD, MBA
Sports Medicine Surgeon, Hospital for Special Surgery CEO and Co-Founder, Best In Class MD
Dr. Benedict Nwachukwu is an orthopedic surgeon and specialist in hip, knee, and shoulder surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). Dr. Nwachukwu is the CEO and co-founder of Best In Class MD, an expert medical opinion company that aims to improve quality and appropriateness of care by ensuring that expert medical advice is at the center of care delivery. He’s also the Co-Director of Clinical Research for the Sports Medicine Institute at HSS and an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dan Rhon is a retired US Army medical officer and has served all over the world as a physical therapist. With 16 years in the clinic at one of the largest and most diverse health systems in the world, he has developed a robust health services research agenda to improve the efficacy and efficiency of healthcare delivery for high-volume musculoskeletal disorders. He’s currently a Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and the Director of the Musculoskeletal Research in Primary Care Program at Brooke Army Medical Center.
Dan is the recipient of a Lifetime Research Award from the US Army Medical Specialist Corps, a two-time Rose Award recipient for Excellence in Research from the APTA, and a recipient of the Eugene Michaels New Investigator Award from the APTA. He has over 150 publications and has received over $23 million in competitive research grant funding as a primary investigator.
Co-founder & Co-owner, Spark Rehabilitation and Wellness, Adjunct Professor, Touro University, Las Vegas
Dr. Studer has been a PT since 1991 and an NCS since 1995. He is co-founder and co-owner of Spark Rehabilitation and Wellness in Bend, Oregon, and is an adjunct professor at Touro University in Las Vegas as well as a part-time instructor at UNLV. Mike remains active as a practicing clinician, researcher, author, and both DPT-program and continuing education presenter. Mike was recognized as the 2011 Clinician of the Year in the Neurologic and (in 2014) the Geriatric Academies of the APTA. He is well-traveled, presenting invited lectures in all 50 states and 11 countries across four continents. Dr. Studer received the highest honor available in PT in 2020, being distinguished as a Catherine Worthingham Fellow of the APTA in 2020.

Mariana Wingood, PT, DPT, PhD, MPH

Dr. Wingood is a board-certified geriatric specialist and an assistant professor at Wake Forest University-School of Medicine, with a dual appointment in the Department of Implementation Science and the Section of Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine. She received her DPT from SUNY Upstate Medical University and a graduate certificate in epidemiology, her MPH, and her PhD in Human Functioning and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Vermont. Dr. Wingood’s research focuses on addressing the challenges physical therapists encounter when promoting functional independence and well-being, including early fall risk screenings, and encouraging patients to engage in physical activity. In the last five years, she has written three book chapters, published 23 peer-reviewed manuscripts, and completed numerous national and international presentations. Dr. Wingood is also actively involved with the American Physical Therapy Association, American College Sports Medicine’s 'Exercise is Medicine' initiative, and the Brief Action Planning Network.
Margherita Labson, RN, BSN, MSHSA
President and CEO, MCLabson Consultation and Education Services LLC
Margherita Labson spent most of her 40+ year career working to advance safe, quality home-based care in primary medicine, home health, skilled home health and infusion, and palliative and hospice care. During her 25 years as Executive Director of Home Care at The Joint Commission, she led the development and launch of the first Certification for Home-Based Palliative Care providers and the first award-recognizing franchisors devoted to promoting quality home care services. She left to continue her post-graduate studies and now works as a strategic advisor to CHAP, as well as to other providers and associations to ensure compliance, promote the advancement of high-quality palliative care, hospice care, and home health care. She is an experienced Bereavement Facilitator and is completing work in Spiritual Direction. Margherita also works with groups to facilitate effective interdisciplinary operational performance and coaches leadership development, strategic planning, bereavement, and spiritual counseling.

Dr. Pierotti has developed her practice for 30+ years in acute, ambulatory, and home-based settings.
